I sent: I can't log in to my account, Timpookie. I have another account that I set up for in case that happens, called Eikoopmit. Neither of them let me log in. I tried changing my password, that didn't work either. Do you know what's preventing me from logging in?

When you click the "Verify Email" link an email will be sent to the address that you provided. Follow the instructions in the email sent to you and you will receive a cool new hat for your character. I then asked them to reply using a real human instead of a bot. Or at least if it's a human skimming it and then choosing which automated email to send, I asked them not to that either.
